2018 EMS INSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR
Jeff Messerole
Jeff Messerole has been employed by Spencer Municipal Hospital
as a Clinical Instructor and paramedic since November of 2007.
He is also a Training Center Coordinator for the American Heart
Association and serves as regional faculty for BLS, ALS, PALS,
PEARS. Previous to his work at the Spencer Municipal Hospital,
Jeff was the Director of Clinical Services at Lakes Regional
Health Care. Mr. Messerole has served on many committees
including the Clay County EMS Advisory Board, Region 3A Health
Care Coalition, and The American Heart Association. Jeff served
as the committee chair of NAEMT - AMLS from 2012 to 2015 and has
also served as the chair of the State ECC Committee.
Jeff has dedicated his life to teaching and instructing not only
locally but internationally. He cares for his students and
outcomes of their training. The Clay County EMS Association
feels blessed to have such an asset in its County and would like
to nominate Jeff Messerole for IEMSA Instructor of the Year.
